Schafer Auction Service

Location: Green Valley Co-Op, Inc.  815 Mill St. Caldwell Ohio 43724. From I-77 take Exit 28 (Belle Valley) and follow S.R. 821 South (Marietta Rd) for 3.4 miles into Caldwell.  Stay straight on Mill St., Auction on Right.  Schafer Auction Service signs from I-77.

This auction will take place at the Caldwell Facility.  Some items are located at the Cambridge facility and will not be moved but will be sold the same day from the Caldwell facility. Items can be viewed before the auction during regular business hours at both stores. The sellers will provide crane services on a future date to help load and remove merchandise.

Bins:  Brock Hopper Bottom (very nice, only 8 years old): Two 12’ (diameter) - 4 ring (height); 12’- 3 ring; 9’ – 7 ring; Two 9’- 4 ring; 6’- 3 ring.  Big Green Bin with approx 35 ton cap.; A custom bin over a crimper.

Mixer:  3 Ton Kelley Duplex sitting on Howe Richardson Scales

Crimper: Nice Roskamp

Two 5 Ton Fertilizer Spreaders (need a little work)

Augers: Multiple Lengths of 6” Augers and a 4” flex auger approx. 25’.  All with good 3 phase electric motors

Feed Cart: Kelley Duplex, 1000# cap with scales updated in 2010
